1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("User", "you") and BWin Consulting v/Bjarne Winstrøm-Olsen ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the bwinconsult.xyz website and the "Bwin Tech" mobile application (the "Service").

3. BRAND CLARIFICATION AND NATURE OF THE APP The "Bwin Tech" application is a sports management simulation game.

• Brand Origin: The name "BWin" is an abbreviation derived strictly from the name of the company's founder, Bjarne Winstrøm. The Company and the Service have absolutely no affiliation, connection, or association with any real-world betting, gambling, or sports wagering operators.
• No Real Money Gaming: The App is a 100% free-to-play simulation. All in-game budgets, club finances, and transfer fees utilize virtual currency. The Service does not offer real-money gambling, sports betting, or any opportunity to win real money.

4. PRIVACY AND OFFLINE FUNCTIONALITY We prioritize your privacy by designing the Service with minimal data collection.

• No Account Required: You are not required to create an account, provide an email address, or share personal data to play the game.
• Local Data Storage: The App operates entirely offline. All game progress, club data, and career auto-saves are stored locally on your device. We do not store your data on external servers. Uninstalling the app will result in the permanent loss of this data.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS All source code, tactical engine mechanics, databases, user interfaces, and graphics within the App are the proprietary property of BWin Consulting v/Bjarne Winstrøm-Olsen and are protected by international copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal entertainment.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The Service is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Danish law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of data due to device malfunction or app uninstallation.

7. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Denmark.
